Responsibilities

Manage professional and personal scheduling for managing partners and other execs including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics

Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management in Outlook 365 as well as content and flow of information to senior execs

Manage travel logistics and activities including accommodations, transportation restaurant reservations collaborating with jetlinx, Limolink, Angel Oak travel agency, and golf club contacts to reserve rooms and tee times

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Organize team communications and plan events both internal and off-site
