Client Management: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders to drive account growth and retention
Proposal Management: Oversee the development of proposals and collaborate with internal teams to structure pricing, scope, and contract details
Sales Execution: Align business development efforts with company goals while coordinating with leadership and marketing for brand alignment
Market Positioning: Track industry activity, analyze competitor strategies, and adapt positioning to maintain a competitive edge
CRM Reporting: Maintain a consistent pipeline within CRM systems and provide regular updates on forecasts, opportunities, and outreach activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop long-term strategic relationships across the infrastructure sector
Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, site visits, and regional industry events

Experience in Salesforce, Quick Base, or UCaaS platforms
