Responsibilities

Review and process PPAPs and support quality assurance for production operations

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying quality standards at every stage to ensure excellence

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality issues and support new product launches, scale-ups, and process improvements

Conduct root-cause analysis and utilize Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) to optimize processes and prevent recurrence of issues

A proactive, innovative problem solver with strong attention to detail

Deep familiarity with quality standards and systems, ideally including ISO 9000 and IATF 16949

Certified or experienced in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or eager to pursue certification

Comfortable taking ownership, driving solutions, and making a measurable impact
