Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service quality

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
