Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving their concerns effectively
Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our support system
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance customer service
Assist in training new team members on customer support protocols and software tools
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts with professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Basic understanding of customer support software and CRM systems
Preferred
Additional certification in customer service is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable
