Responsibilities

Client Request Management: Act as a primary contact for investor inquiries, follow-up requests, and ongoing service needs

Business Development Support: Assist with prospect research, pipeline tracking, meeting preparation, and distribution efforts

Marketing & Due Diligence Materials: Update and produce DDQs, pitchbooks, fact sheets, website content, and other client-facing materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to gather information and prepare deliverables

Reporting & Data Management: Maintain CRM records, support reporting workflows, and help distribute investor communications and performance updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required

1-3 years in financial services, preferably with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, or other alternative investment firms

Understanding of alternative investment structures, fund marketing materials, investor due diligence processes, and capital-raising workflows

Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
