They are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and Design to work with sales teams and clients to design solutions that meet mission critical electrical manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and clients to design and create solutions that meet the clients’ exact needs
Responsible for the creation, technical review, and approval of Hyper Solutions’ critical infrastructure solutions for pre-sale quoting functions in support of Hyper Solutions Account Executives
Ensure the technical feasibility and operational compatibility of solutions in a client-specific context
Provide detailed documentation and support materials for all designed solutions to facilitate understanding and implementation
Prepare comprehensive submittal documentation following project awards for significant, multi-year engagements, facilitating smooth project execution
Collaborates with Production to expedite requests, and questions and configurations of the product with customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Background in Electrical Engineering and Design
Experience in Applications Engineering
Ability to collaborate closely with Sales team and clients
Responsible for the creation, technical review, and approval of critical infrastructure solutions
Ensure technical feasibility and operational compatibility of solutions
Provide detailed documentation and support materials for designed solutions
Prepare comprehensive submittal documentation for significant, multi-year engagements
Knowledge in Industry standards (NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA and IEEE)
Collaborates with Production to expedite requests and configurations of the product
