Earthwise - Full Water Solutions is seeking a Commercial Front Load Driver to ensure the safe and efficient operation of front-load refuse trucks servicing commercial customers. The role involves the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate front-load trucks to service commercial routes as assigned
Pick up and empty waste or recycling containers in accordance with the route schedule
Inspect truck daily to ensure proper equipment operation and complete required pre- and post-trip inspections
Ensure containers are returned to proper location with lids closed and surrounding area clean
Communicate with dispatch or route supervisors regarding any issues (blocked containers, unsafe conditions, etc.)
Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety policies and regulations
Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck
Provide courteous and respectful customer service at all times

Qualification

DOT regulations knowledgeCommercial driving experienceCustomer service skillsLift 50 pounds

Required

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) – Class B (Class A preferred)
Clean driving record with the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience preferred (waste industry a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
