Supervise staff
Implement team-based care models

Serve as acting DON when needed

Qualification

Bachelor of Science in NursingCalifornia State Board RN licenseClinical nursing experienceSupervisory experienceEHR systems proficiencyMicrosoft Office proficiencyTeam development skillsMedical terminologyICD-10 knowledgeCPT codes knowledgeEHR In-Basket functions knowledgeBilingual (English/Spanish)Leadership skills

Required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
Current California State Board RN license
3 years of clinical nursing experience in outpatient or ambulatory care
3–5 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required

Preferred

Master's degree in nursing administration, education, or health leadership
Community clinic experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, and EHR In-Basket functions
