Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary team. The role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medications, and collaborating with various healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic formulation and treatment planning
Prescribe and manage medications, monitor side effects, and ensure informed consent
Order and review lab studies and other tests to maintain safe, effective care
Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and caregivers for continuity of care
Document thoroughly and maintain confidentiality using electronic health records
Work alongside an experienced team including board-certified psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nurses, and medical assistants
Qualification
Required
Master of Science in Nursing
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon
ANCC certification in Family Psychiatry (or approved equivalent)
Active DEA registration with Schedule II privileges
Medicare UPIN and valid Oregon driver's license
