Responsibilities

Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables: Produce precise and error-free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations, ensuring every project is built on a solid foundation of accuracy
Set the Standard: Develop engineering documents that not only meet but surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements, adhering to processes that guarantee excellence every step of the way
Stay on the Cutting Edge: Continuously enhance your expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques, staying ahead in the dynamic nuclear sector
Drive Quality & Precision: Deliver exceptional engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs and consistently raise the bar for project performance
Cultivate Strong Client Connections: Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication, professional engagement, and the consistent delivery of superior engineering results
Collaborate for Success: Partner seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well-rounded designs that meet diverse project requirements
Be Active in the Field: Take your expertise on-site, engaging directly with client personnel, performing detailed plant walkdowns, and ensuring all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university
Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems
Good writing, presentation and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Proficient in Word and Excel
Some roles may involve work on federal contracts that require employees to be citizens of the United States. For those specific positions, only applicants who can confirm their status as U.S. citizens will be considered
Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post-graduate experience in a related role
Principal Engineers typically have 10 years of post-graduate experience in a related role
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies

Preferred

Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, energy, and government (DOE) projects
