The company is seeking a Bilingual, English/Spanish, Inside Sales Associate to handle customer interactions, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales activities.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and confirming order status with customers
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to follow up on orders, provide updates, and offer additional products or services
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate individuals as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in the CRM system
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be personable and accurate with numbers
Previous inside sales experience
Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
The ability to speak English & Spanish is highly preferred
Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required
