Responsibilities
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers in the Prepared Foods Department
Prepare and replenish the Prepared Foods showcase with fresh, properly rotated items
Assemble sandwiches and pizzas following established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure displays are clean, full, and visually appealing throughout the day
Follow proper rotation, labeling, and food safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general departmental cleaning
Communicate clearly with Customers, Team Members, Store Leadership, and the Director Group
Support fellow Team Members in daily operations and guest interactions
Adhere to all Plum Market policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices
Qualification
Required
Passion for food and Customer Service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and product presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted
