Responsibilities

Processing financial Project Close-Out documentation for WIP/Final Billing
Receiving/Entering Production Orders for jobs on the computer
Entering/Approving production units for A/P
Demonstrate organizational skills and attention-to-detail, specifically related to data entry
Tracking/Communication Job Production for crews
Create, prepare, and finalize reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other documents, including WIP units
Assisting with Customer Problem Resolution
Submission of Confidential Information to our Home Office
Entering/Approving time for payroll
Reading/Understanding provided documents for conversion to Microsoft Excel formatting
Assisting/Conducting new hire orientation material/information in a clear manner
Assisting with Driver Records and DOT documentation
Answering the telephone and emails
Ordering supplies
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
Assisting with vendor/sub-contractor WIP units

Qualification

Data entry experienceAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsMicrosoft OfficeUtility Construction experienceProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
2+ years of data entry experience required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint specifically)
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in professional manner, both verbal and written

Preferred

Utility Construction/Telecommunications experience
Experience with construction maps and mapping software (graphic interface/layered graphics experience)
