Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and close new recurring commercial service contracts throughout Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM and outbound outreach strategies
Conduct on-site inspections and create tailored pest management proposals for businesses across multiple sectors
Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Represent OnGuard with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills
Qualification
Required
Prior B2B sales experience, ideally within service industries such as pest control, facilities, HVAC, security, janitorial, landscaping, linens/uniforms, etc
Strong cold-calling, networking, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and travel by car throughout NYC
Comfortable performing on-site inspections (training provided)
Track record of achieving sales goals
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
