CNC Programmer
Princeton Tool Inc is a part of the Princeton Precision Group, known for supporting critical hardware manufacturing for defense programs and space missions. They are seeking experienced CNC Programmers to develop new programs and improve existing ones, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience with CNC equipment.

Responsibilities
Program a variety of CNC equipment
Daily shop floor responsibilities including addressing in the moment challenges will be a large portion of the responsibilities of this role
Set up/prove out your program on the CNC machine, if needed
Program from solid model files, drawings, and sketches
Read and interpret blueprints and design models
Develop fixtures and work holding devices
Provide fully dimensional prints for the shop floor on parts that have reduced dimension drawings
Attend training on new or current software as needed
Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve blueprint and model issues related to the programming and machining of various parts
Qualification
Required

Program 3-4 axis machines
Proficient in geometric tolerancing
High school diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of Mastercam experience
Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing
3 or more years of experience setting up CNC machinery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert level attention to Detail
Preferred
5 axis programming preferred but not required
Lathe programming preferred but not required
