Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program
Working alongside staff members to support and assist the members
Completing documentation accurately and timely
Participating in on-call rotation
Filling in direct care hours as needed to ensure coverage
Providing weekly progress updates on each member
Help developing goals for members
Creating monthly staffing schedules
Reviewing payroll for accuracy
Participating in a variety of other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities
Ability to manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program
Ability to support and assist members alongside staff members
Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
Participation in on-call rotation
Ability to fill in direct care hours as needed to ensure coverage
Ability to provide weekly progress updates on each member
Ability to help develop goals for members
Ability to create monthly staffing schedules
Ability to review payroll for accuracy
