They are seeking a Facilities Design and Construction Ops Intern to support the planning, design and construction of critical projects, collaborating with stakeholders and managing building design teams.

Responsibilities
Support the planning, design and construction of critical projects
Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan for projects
Hire and manage building design teams and contractors
Coordinate with other departments
Report project statuses
Assist management with campus planning
Assist Construction Project Managers with building designs
Create scopes, maintain project safety, track schedules and budgets
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in one of the following required: Construction Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural/ Building MEP Engineering
Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1 – August 7, 2026
Preferred
3.0 GPA preferred
Preference will be given to candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2026 internship
A willingness to learn and gain valuable experience for your future career
Willingness to solve problems, collaborate with team members, and communicate to stakeholders and vendors
Previous internship experience or work in construction, building design/engineering or industrial engineering
AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Experience
The ability to work independently to accomplish tasks without constant supervision
