Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Communications Team on marketing material by designing, compiling and formatting materials for special events, meetings, messages, websites, and public events
Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Prepare flyers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and internet correspondences
Assist with social media management, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky LinkedIn and other platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
minimum four (4) years administrative work experience
equivalent combination of education and training
valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire
maintain a safe driving record
ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers
ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks
ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
