Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision for Resident Assistants in assigned neighborhoods
Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders
Monitor residents, complete documentation, and support assessments, admissions, and discharges
Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with all state/federal regulations
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
Support Fairmount’s mission by creating a caring, respectful, and empathetic environment
Qualification
Required
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
