Responsibilities

Responsible for top of funnel sourcing efforts including, but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates
Manage candidates and documentation through Jobvite ATS
Partner with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and business leaders and conduct in-take calls to understand their hiring needs
Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, evangelizing Cupertino Electric externally
Assist at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned
Stay apprised of industry trends including Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically
Provide various support and cross-functional collaboration on projects at the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition
Additional assignments relative to talent acquisition as deemed necessary by business needs

Required

High school diploma or GED required
4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment in the construction industry
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship
Proficient with MS Office applications
Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite being a plus
Strong research skills and familiar with Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Passion for talent acquisition and delivering a great candidate experience
