Responsibilities

Assuring that day-to-day dental operations are conducted in compliance with Access Community Health Centers policies, standards and overall organizational plans

Working closely in a dyad with the Dental Provider Director to oversee the clinic’s dental operations, including the budget, staffing, and productivity

Ensuring a high quality and satisfying patient experience, motivating and developing individuals and teams, using resources effectively and efficiently, and leading process improvement activities

Ensuring that event reports are completed and followed up with root cause analysis and process improvement and managing patient complaints and behavior issues

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of management experience in a health care setting or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of management experience in a healthcare setting

Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Experience with electronic practice management systems and electronic medical records
