Clinical Coordinator
Lenox Hill Neighborhood House is one of New York’s premier human services providers, offering a wide range of services to improve the lives of individuals in need. The Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in providing comprehensive social services, case management, and therapeutic programming to residents at Casa Mutua, ensuring their independence and stability.

Responsibilities
Provide person-centered services to residents who have a history of homelessness and are living with various mental health diagnoses such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Anxiety
Coordinate, provide and referral to psychiatric, medical and substance use services as needed
Complete comprehensive intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, service plans and other required assessments and documentation with residents
Provide direct therapeutic supportive services such as counseling, case management, advocacy for government benefits and services, group work and referrals to community resources
Participate in treatment planning and implementation, case conferences, and weekly clinical and staff meetings, in addition to collaborating effectively with the on-site clinical and psychiatric providers
Accompany clients to essential medical appointments and government offices to ensure access to needed services and support
Provide crisis intervention, problem-solving and conflict resolution to resolve resident issues and conflicts
Be willing to be on call with other staff on a rotating schedule
Facilitate and assist with group activities, including support and social groups, monthly community meetings, and community special events and parties for residents
Collaborate with staff at all levels at Casa Mutua and throughout Lenox Hill Neighborhood House to ensure quality service provision
Complete all responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Clinical Director
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal, engagement and relationship-building skills to work effectively with the residents
A social justice perspective combined with a commitment to mental health and unhoused populations
Experience working with mental illness, substance use, and trauma-informed care and treatment
Detail-oriented with excellent communication, technology and organizational abilities
Willingness to work a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, 9am-5pm with some on-call requirements
Master's in Social Work or Counseling
Applicable Licensure and/or SIFI Certification if applicable
