They are seeking a Service Sales Representative responsible for managing and expanding their service portfolio within hyperscale data centers, promoting service contracts, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new service opportunities with hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEM partners
Promote service contracts (Standard, Select, Premium tiers) and extended warranty programs
Build and maintain relationships with data center operators, facility managers, and procurement teams
Understand customer operating models and risk tolerance to tailor proposals (e.g., risk-based maintenance vs. traditional PM)
Partner with the Sales team to align pursuit strategies, coordinate account coverage, and execute joint customer engagements
Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM/ERP system (e.g., NetSuite)
Serve as a key point of contact for all departments on Service offers, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance
Qualification
Required
Experience in service sales within the Electrical, Technology and Manufacturing space
Ability to promote, propose, and close service contracts for mission-critical electrical distribution equipment
Experience in identifying and pursuing new service opportunities with hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEM partners
Strong relationship-building skills with data center operators, facility managers, and procurement teams
Understanding of customer operating models and risk tolerance to tailor proposals
Experience in maintaining accurate pipeline in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Ability to serve as a key point of contact for all departments on Service offers
