Responsibilities
Greet guests and owners on arrival
Check in/out guests
Generates folio and collects payments
Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel
Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information
Answering phones and directing calls
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience
A professional demeanor
Basic familiarity with technology
Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing
Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Preferred
Cash handling experience, preferred
