Required

Willingness to travel as needed
Mechanically inclined
Use of a oxygen /acetylene (propane) torch
MIG and stick welding
Good spatial awareness
Ability to notice something out of place
Good time management
Reliable (able to work a few weekends and possibly a holiday)
Able to lift upwards of 80lbs (short amount of time)
Walk up to 10 miles a day
Willingness to never stop learning
