Responsibilities
Take and record vital signs
Prepare patients for exams
Assist with procedures
Manage documentation in the EHR system
Support front office tasks such as scheduling, registration, and patient communications
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited school
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
Knowledge of medical terminology, lab procedures, and healthcare workflows
Preferred
Associate's degree in healthcare-related field
Bilingual in English and Spanish
1 year of MA experience
6 months of EHR documentation experience
Phlebotomy training
