As a Program Management Intern at Bell, you will support various tasks related to successful on-time, on-budget execution of the H-1 and V-22 programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data analytics.

Responsibilities
Support cross functional activities that align to on-cost/on-time aircraft deliveries, proposal timelines, or sustainment initiatives
Work with the Centers of Excellence, suppliers, and the program to support our production and proposal activities by leveraging data analytics
Identify cost control opportunities
Perform master data audits
Assess the supply health, material availability, and production capabilities
Contribute to various projects and tasks related to contract reviews, process documentation efforts, inventory management support, production capabilities assessments, and material/part allocation recommendation
Generate reporting capabilities and dashboards for operational successes, performance, and cost management
Automate some of the more manual processes using tools such as Power BI and Excel
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, Management Information Systems or other related fields required
Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1 – August 7, 2026
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps and Visio)

3.0 GPA preferred
