Responsibilities

Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to define and document clear, prioritized user stories and requirements for new security features or enhancements, ensuring alignment with the core product vision
Partner directly with Engineering and UX/UI teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, focusing on secure implementation and delivery
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like feature adoption rates, usage metrics, and customer support tickets related to cybersecurity functions to identify product gaps and inform future iteration decisions

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, network security principles, cloud security models, or common security frameworks - AI, IPS, Sandboxing, SSL
Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology, specifically in the product space

Preferred

Hands-on Technical Exposure: Experience with cybersecurity domains like AI, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Sandboxing technologies, or SSL inspection
Product Methodology Experience: Direct exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum, or experience using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for backlog management and documentation
