Responsibilities

Perform equipment setup and operation of Die Attach on highly complex products using advanced die attach equipment
Perform equipment setup and operation of Wire Bonding on highly complex products using advanced wire bond equipment
Perform equipment setup and operation of wire bond pull on highly complex products using advanced wire bond pull test equipment
Cross training on other job functions as required
Coordinate work assignments with supervisors to meet department schedules

Required

5-10 years relevant work experience
Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
