They are seeking a Full-Time Civil Design Project Engineer who will be responsible for producing design plans and specifications for land development while collaborating with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with design criteria.

Responsibilities

Produce design plans and specifications for residential and commercial land development

Prepare civil engineering design calculations, high-level technical designs, drainage reports, and cost estimates

Work with city, county, and state regulatory or reviewing authorities to identify appropriate design criteria and limitation

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an EAC/ABET, CEAB-accredited engineering program, or program that meets the NCEES Engineering Education Standard

Engineer in Training (“E.I.T.” or “E.I.”) Designation

Four (4) years of progressively responsible engineering experience

Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office

Experience with design, hydrologic and hydraulic computations, computer modeling and presentation of results

Demonstrated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
