Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements effectively
Gather detailed requirements, analyze and map business processes
Define key performance indicators
Fully resolve backlog requirements and prepare for execution
Create test scripts
Create training materials
Perform system and user acceptance testing
Qualification
Required
A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or 4 years in related field is preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Experience in database design and management is a plus
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
