Mid LevelHopedale Medical Complex is seeking part-time or PRN Registered Nurses to join their team. The role involves providing planned and highly skilled nursing care for Med Surg patients, assisting physicians, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes through low nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities
Assess and document patient status
Carry out treatments and/or orders
Assist in positioning and/or transporting the patient
Demonstrate a working knowledge of equipment, instruments, supplies, and procedures utilized in that specific nursing position
Record treatment, comments and notes as necessary on the appropriate patient chart, alerting other personnel to all orders, problems, and other pertinent information
Administer medication, IV therapy and drips as ordered
Discharge patients to home or other appropriate place accordingly and per physician's order
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to provide planned and highly skilled nursing care for Med Surg patients
Experience in assessing and documenting patient status
Knowledge of equipment, instruments, supplies, and procedures utilized in nursing
Ability to administer medication, IV therapy, and drips as ordered
Ability to assist in positioning and/or transporting patients
Ability to record treatment, comments, and notes on patient charts
Ability to discharge patients to home or other appropriate places per physician's order

$10,000 in retention bonuses for experienced night shift RN's
$3 night and $4 weekend pay differentials
