Keeps the facility tour and audit ready by following and recording information on the daily cleaning schedule and warehouse cleaning schedule
Assists in maintaining accurate records for inventory
Fills out and maintains administrative records as necessary for all department activities
Enter data into reports and billing accurately
Any other duties assigned by Warehouse management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
Must be efficient and accurate in data/billing entries into the system. Must achieve all necessary deadlines
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers by e-mail, phone, and other correspondence. Must be prompt and accurate in all responses
Skilled in operating relevant material handling equipment (ex, forklifts, stretch wrappers, etc.). Able to effectively train others in how to operate safely
Preferred
Lean training preferred, not required
