Maintenance Supervisor

Park7 Group is a fast-growing leader in the student housing industry, and they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at a luxury student housing community in Tampa, Florida. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various apartments and overseeing all maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities
Management, oversight, and performance of all turnover activities (inspections, cleaning, painting, Contractor Coordination’s
Maintenance of grounds and landscaping (watering, mowing, weeding, snow removal, etc.) and/or supervision of
Processing all work orders in a timely manner
Assisting in all emergency maintenance situations
Oversight and directing maintenance personnel
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Required

HVAC certification required (EPA Certification)
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, appliance repair, and carpentry skills
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Computer proficient; Microsoft programs (excel, word, email)
Valid driver's license/transportation (to and from work) required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward
Occasionally climbing ladders. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
Full background verification required

Preferred

Applicable Pool Operator License preferred (CPO)
Entrata experience is a plus
