Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting through onboarding
Build and maintain active rosters of candidates ready for immediate placement
Conduct in-person and video interviews in English and Spanish
Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms, including community-based Spanish-language channels
Perform regular check-ins with client supervisors and client HR teams to confirm satisfaction with placements
Proactively identify upcoming staffing needs and adjust recruiting plans accordingly
Support timekeeping coordination and basic onboarding processes using ATS and ADP systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of recent recruiting experience in an onsite client setting
Bilingual in English and Spanish (able to interview and communicate professionally in both)
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Tempworks preferred
Experience using ADP time and attendance systems
Familiarity with job posting platforms popular with Spanish-speaking communities, including Facebook, El Clasificado, and ZipRecruiter
High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or higher preferred
Preferred
Prior experience in roles such as Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Onsite Staffing Supervisor, Onsite Representative, Staffing Representative, Onsite Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator is a big plus!
