Minimum 7 years' experience in high-end residential interior design
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and InDesign (Studio Designer/Studio IT experience a plus)
Ability to produce detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentations
Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, custom furniture, and finishes
Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and managing procurement
Comfortable coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors on-site
Excellent client presentation, communication, and organizational skills
