New Grad, Entry LevelSun East Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Teller to join their team in Springfield, PA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing banking transactions, and building relationships with members to assist with their financial needs.

Responsibilities
You greet members, taking the time to really listen to their needs and develop relationships with them to find solutions to their financial needs
You efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments; with the opportunity to utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members
You also help process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs
During each shift, you maintain a cash drawer ensuring that it balances at the end of the each day
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Basic math and computer skills
Sales and relationship-building ability
Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus
Sales experience is a plus
Please be advised that credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates
A post-offer, pre-employment drug test is also conducted
