Assistant Manager - 900 at Cleveland Park
Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing, and they are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of a 256 unit apartment community. The role involves maintaining stable occupancy, building strong resident relations, and assisting in the training and management of site personnel.
Responsibilities
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
Establish positive relationships within the community
Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years previous property management experience
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience
Yardi software experience
