Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents across IT/OT environments
Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls aligned with federal contracting requirements
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits; track remediation efforts to completion
Manage and improve endpoint protection, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and identity/access management tools
Support incident response activities, including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reporting
Collaborate with IT, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure secure system configurations and change management
Maintain documentation required for federal compliance, audits, and security assessments
Provide cybersecurity training and awareness to employees at all levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably within manufacturing or a regulated industry
Experience with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, or other federal cybersecurity frameworks required
TS/SCI Clearance
Hands-on experience with SIEMs, firewalls, EDR tools, vulnerability management platforms, and network security controls
Understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) or OT security a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Must be a U.S. Person

Relevant certifications preferred (Security+, CEH, CISSP, GSEC, or similar)
