Responsibilities
Preparation of quotation, order, and change calculations
Support for global sales team in the preparation of quotations regarding product configuration and quotation strategy
Conducting price and value analyses and evaluating open book calculations
Evaluation of alternative manufacturing processes and methods
Defining Cost Down potential and coordinating the necessary deviation management
Reviewing development concepts for cost plausibility
Collaborating within interdisciplinary project teams: ensuring cost transparency and developing decision templates
Qualification
Required
Degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in technical sales or product costing, ideally in the aviation industry
Good knowledge of product and project management
Very confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Very good German and English skills
Analytical thinking, organizational skills, strong communication skills, and proactivity
Preferred
Experience with the Siemens TC-PLM platform and SAP desirable
