RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking an SAP Basis Manager to ensure and continuously develop SAP Basis operations. The role involves planning and executing SAP Notes, managing user administration, and coordinating with external service providers while monitoring the market for new SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

Ensuring and continuously developing the SAP Basis operations
Further development of SAP IT Security
Planning and executing SAP Notes, release changes, and upgrades
Conceptualization, realization, and support of interfaces to third-party systems
Authorization management as well as user administration SAP license management and ensuring compliance Coordination and management of external service providers
Continuous monitoring of the market regarding new SAP technologies

Required

Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of solid professional experience in the area of SAP Basis and authorization management
Fundamental knowledge of SAP technologies and architecture
Experience with 'RISE with SAP' as well as ideally knowledge of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the SAP environment
Very good English skills in spoken and written form
Knowledge of German is desirable
Strong teamwork skills as well as an independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
