They are seeking a Service Receptionist to handle customer communications, schedule service appointments, and manage incoming leads, offering opportunities for advancement within the company.

Retail

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Manage incoming leads via email, phone, and online chat
Make proactive outbound calls to current and prospective customers
Track customer communications using our CRM system
Stay current on service offerings, pricing, and monthly specials
Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
Respond professionally to email and phone inquiries daily
Guide customers to product information and service resources

Qualification

Required

Customer service, receptionist, or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
