International Recruitment Specialist
Programmers Force is looking for an International Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct 3 to 4 interviews per day for assigned positions
Run structured interviews that explore skills, experience, and problem solving
Ask role specific questions to assess real capability and fit
Record and document interviews and share clear feedback with managers
Actively find candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and personal outreach
Headhunt for niche and hard to fill roles when needed
Build and maintain a pipeline of profiles that match our requirements
Manage candidates from sourcing to interview stages
Maintain hiring trackers and records
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication
Keep turnaround times fast and create a respectful candidate experience
Consistent delivery of qualified candidates
Daily sourcing of new profiles
Clear interview insights that support hiring decisions
Recorded and documented interviews stored in the system
Reduced delays through proactive sourcing and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong interviewing skills and comfort talking to candidates at all levels
Ability to source independently without waiting for inbound leads
Organized, responsive, and confident in decision making
