Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain financial systems to ensure data integrity
Investigate and resolve queries related to WIP and disbursements
Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance
Ensure quick action to close books

Critical thinking skills are a must
Financial Systems Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WIP management tools
Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of WIP accounting, disbursement processes, and reconciliation principles
Process Improvement: Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
Strong ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial queries
Critical thinking for root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of financial reporting tools and dashboards

Preferred

Familiarity with workflow automation tools (optional but valuable)
