Townsquare Media is a community-focused digital media and radio company. They are seeking a Broadcast Operations Manager to provide support and resources to their markets, ensuring timely delivery of audio content and assisting with operational and technical tasks.

Responsibilities

Daily downloading, editing, and delivery of audio, promos, and show segments
Verifying audio has been delivered to markets on time
Verifying completion of shows and backing up of audio
Assisting local markets with a wide array of operational, technical, and programming tasks
Responding quickly to support tickets, troubleshooting the problem, and fixing the problem (or moving to the appropriate person)
Creating new programming clocks (or updating) in GSelector and/or our automation platforms
Assisting key leadership in the administration and implementation of projects

Qualification

Broadcast experienceProgramming experienceAudio editing expertiseTroubleshooting skillsDigital technology proficiencyCommunication skillsAttention to detailProblem-solving skills

Required

Broadcast experience, television or radio
Experience programming
Audio editing expertise with adobe or audacity

Preferred

Ability to prioritize and focus under fast-paced pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, editorially and technologically
Proficiency in the use of digital technology, including online publishing platforms
Must have great communication skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a sense of humor (We like to have fun!)
