Oversees day-to-day operations for assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards

Develops and implements operational workflows, policies, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and service quality

Prepares reports and dashboards to track program outcomes, quality indicators, and productivity measures

Serves as the primary liaison between departments, providers, and leadership to ensure seamless coordination of services

Coordinates with HR on recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for program staff

Supports data collection and continuous improvement initiatives; identifies opportunities for process redesign

May oversee administrative support staff or supervisors within the assigned area
