They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead advanced modeling and analytical initiatives that support business stakeholders, analysts, and warfighters.

Responsibilities

Lead complex modeling efforts: Direct the design, development, and application of sophisticated models, tools, and algorithms to identify trends and patterns across large and complex datasets

Architectural and systems analysis: Guide modeling of NGA architectures, system requirements, and performance parameters while aligning efforts with NGA and NSG strategic goals and the future vision for GEOINT

Analytical modeling and decision support: Develop and oversee models that support analysis of alternatives, performance and design trade-offs, and new capability assessments. Formulate deployment strategies based on MS&A outcomes within existing NSG architectures and cloud environments

Mentorship and oversight: Provide technical leadership and direction to mid- and junior-level MS&A Engineers, ensuring high-quality analytical work and professional development across the team

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or 12 years of experience as a MS&A Engineer in lieu of degree

12 years of working experience in government or industry modeling large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments

Knowledge of tools development and use in cloud environments

TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
