Responsibilities

Provide architecture and technology leadership for building tools, frameworks, procedures, and standards
Developing and optimizing DevOps platform infrastructure utilizing DevOps practices, including Configuration-as-code, Pipeline-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, immutable infrastructure, blue/green deployment, shift-left, and observability
Utilizing docker images and builds for containerization of applications and services
Modernizing legacy infrastructure
Performing cloud migration
Designing solutions for architecture upgrades
Modernizing SQL deployment patterns using Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Jenkins, and OpenShift container platform to create consistency and simplify processes
Tuning Oracle database queries and stored procedures using PL/SQL developer
Coordinate web application certificates setup, deployment and rotation
Setting up monitoring and alerting tools, including Grafana and Splunk to improve stability and resiliency of business critical web applications and background processes
Integrating internal systems, web applications, and batch jobs with external services, including identity providers, ServiceNow, Azure Graph API, and SharePoint Online APIs
Automating software packaging and deployment processes through scripting using PowerShell
Utilizing REST Services, .NET Core, .NET, TypeScript, NodeJS, Angular, Microservices, MVC, and Entity Core in the execution of duties

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent
five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing and optimizing DevOps platform infrastructure utilizing DevOps practices
experience with Configuration-as-code, Pipeline-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, immutable infrastructure, blue/green deployment, shift-left, and observability
experience utilizing docker images and builds for containerization of applications and services
experience modernizing legacy infrastructure, performing cloud migration, and designing solutions for architecture upgrades
experience modernizing SQL deployment patterns using Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Jenkins, and OpenShift container platform
experience tuning Oracle database queries and stored procedures using PL/SQL developer
experience coordinating web application certificates setup, deployment and rotation
experience setting up monitoring and alerting tools, including Grafana and Splunk
