They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist with HR activities, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing logistics

Prepare onboarding materials such as offer letters, orientation guides, and welcome kits

Support first-day activities by setting up workspaces, welcoming new hires, and conducting office tours

Maintain and organize digital employee records in the HRIS and Google Drive

Collaborate with the People team to document and enhance repeatable HR processes (SOPs)

Contribute to internal projects and initiatives to support company growth and scalability

Assist with basic IT onboarding tasks, such as laptop setup and account provisioning
